My name is Damyan, and after more than 19 years on the front lines of the technology industry—building data centers, driving automation, and leading engineering teams—I founded ScaleVector.io with a clear and simple mission.

Why I’m Here

I’ve seen firsthand that technology, when wielded correctly, is the most powerful lever for business growth. I’ve also seen how, when neglected, it becomes an anchor of technical debt that stifles innovation.

My mission is to partner with businesses to transform their technology from a constraint into their most powerful accelerator. I believe this is achieved not just with better tools, but with a better approach: treating infrastructure as a product, driving automation with a pragmatic purpose, and empowering teams with the knowledge to succeed independently.
